David's image ‘The Englishman in New York’ from his collaboration with Bill Nighy was auctioned off last night together with the opportunity to have tea with Bill - David said: "there is no doubt in my mind that any print would be secondary to a conversation with the English icon that is Bill Nighy."

"It was a huge honour to collaborate with Bill on this project, and I am so glad that the resulting image has already started to raise money for such important causes - nobody deserves more credit than him, he did a sensational job that day."
