We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

David Yarrow Photography may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 22/03/2018.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item which has been incorrectly ordered, then the customer will be liable for the return postage.

Items may not be returned for a full refund.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required in full in advance of production and shipping.

We accept Visa and Mastercard & American Express, Maestro & PayPal.

High Value Foreign Orders: We can accept payment by card when the card is 3D VERIFIED, if using paypal you should have a PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESS. Sometimes we will insist on bank transfer for security reasons.

DELIVERY

Once full payment is made delivery will take place within approximately 4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks.

VARIATION TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time in the following circumstances:

(a) changes in how we accept payment from you;

(b) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

Every time you order from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.

Whenever we revise these Terms & Conditions, we will keep you informed and give you notice of this by stating that these Terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.
